Features The liquid dispenser is placed on the floor under a workbench, within easy reach of an operator's foot action. A 5-foot dispensing syringe adapter assembly (purchased separately) is connected to a dispensing syringe or cartridge to the manual dispenser air outlet. The operator controls the dispensed shot size, increasing or decreasing the size of the shot by either changing the size of the dispensing tip or increasing or decreasing the duration that the foot pedal is depressed. The operator can also adjust the regulated air input to increase or decrease the air pressure to the dispensing syringe. |
DB815 & DB815-SB Manual Liquid Dispensers |
These two models are basic pneumatic fluid dispensers and operate simply by controlling an air-actuated regulated air valve using a foot-pedal. |
The DB815 and DB815-SB are non-electrical dispensers and are therefore suitable for working in hazardous environments. For dispensing low-viscosity materials, the model DB815-SB with suck-back should be selected. Note: An in-line filter-trap is recommended with each system as a back-up safety filter to prevent the fluid being drawn into the valve during suck-back, particularly as the air hose descends to the floor. |
