Operation of extruder pump By using the DA35 extruder pump, air bubbles and material voids that are caused by handling or decanting viscose material are prevented. When used with a dispensing robot or automatic dispensing system it is important to install a fluid regulator and position the regulator as hear as the dispensing valve as possible. The fluid regulator will cancel any differences in continuous pressure due to the pump recharge action. The fluid can is prepared by cutting off its top, the extruder pump body is lifted and the can placed in position. The extruder pump body is fitted with a wiper-plate that seals and follows the material as the level drops to wipe the sides of the can clean limiting waste. The fluid is pressure fed by reinforced hoses to a dispensing valve, which is either mounted to a dispensing robot or operator held with a gun handle. The valve is actuated by a valve controller. |
