Features The DSP501A fluid dispenser can be activated by a foot pedal or finger switch to dispense materials supplied in syringes and is also suitable for collapsible toothpaste-type tube, caulking, cartridge reservoirs and rotary-table operations. The higher volume exhaust prevents post compression of materials contained in tubes, avoiding stringing. The DSP501A is a controller recommended for 3-way dispensing valve operations. The DSP501A liquid dispenser includes a digital timer that is programmable from 0.01 to 31 seconds. A pressure regulator controls the output air-pressure pulse to the dispensing syringe and the automatic dispenser may be operated in timed or manual modes. For low-viscosity fluids a suck-back feature prevents any post-dispense dripping by applying a vacuum to the syringe immediately following the dispense cycle |
