Features The JB1113 automatic controller can be activated by a foot pedal or finger switch to dispense materials supplied in syringes, such as SMT solder pastes, no-clean flux, glues, cyanoacrylate, adhesives, uv cure resins, epoxy resins, silicones, RTV, grease, lubricants, solvents etc. The liquid dispenser can also be used for prototypes, trials, repairs and bench assembly. The JB1113 fluid dispenser includes a digital timer that is programmable from 0.01 to 31 seconds. A pressure regulator controls the output air-pressure pulse to the syringe and the controller may be operated in Timed or Manual modes. For low-viscosity fluids a suck-back feature prevents any post-dispense dripping by applying a vacuum to the syringe immediately following the cycle |
