Operation - 2GP-80 gear pump meter mix system The GP-80 gear pump machine has a simple design based upon two gear meters and a snuff-back dispense head. A minimum of wetted components makes it ideal for quick cleanup. The meter mix system is available as a simple proportioning system, a manual meter mix dispense head or with the no purge, snuff-back, meter mix dispense head. The GP-80 gear pump system is a bench-top, adjustable ratio, meter & mix machine for dispensing pourable, two part materials. The system has been developed for lower viscosity dispensing applications such as potting, bonding, encapsulating, molding, cartridge filling and other projects where two-part materials are used. |

HVT - Heated Pressure Vacuum Tanks |
Heated Pressure Vacuum Tanks provide uniform, controllable heating of the materials in the tank and hoses for optimal processing. The tanks are used with solid or liquid (max temp 130F) materials, the tank and hoses are independently heated with separate thermocouple sensing and proportional control. The console provides multi-zone, digital display for precise temperature feedback. A thermal probe displays the actual material temperature in the tank. An electric or air-motor driven agitator ensures uniform thermal distribution in the fluid and serves to assist in degassing if required. Available in 2-gallon (shown), 5-gallon, 10-gallon 15-gallon and 30-gallon. May be custom configured |
