Operation - 710PTNM pinch tube valve

The 710PTNM pinch tube valve provides an high degree
of control for continuous micro-shot applications of low
to semi-viscous materials.

The dispensing valve is operated by automatically
opening and pinching a molded polyethylene tube
assembly to achieve an "on/off" control.

The dispensed shot size or flow rate is determined by
the degree of adjustment in releasing the closed
(normally in pinched mode) tube and by the valve
control timer.

The model DSP501A is a suitable valve controller for the
710PTNM pinch tube valve.

The 710PTNM is engineered for precise dispensing of
semi-viscous liquids including metered and mixed
two-part component fluids and volitile cyanoacrylates.
The only part of the pinch tube valve making contact
with the fluid being dispensed is the disposable pinch
tube assembly.
