DV509 Diaphragm Valve - Shot Size 0.0001cc (0.1ul) Diaphragm valves provide precise micro shot dispensing of liquids including volatile's such as cyanoacrylate resins, solvent, electrolytes, alcohol and acid liquids. A single part diaphragm and seal separates the wetted parts and allows for maintenance. UV cure and anaerobic liquid dispensing versions of the valve are available. |
VD510 Diaphragm Valve - Shot size 0.001cc (1ul) A high cycling diaphragm valve at >500 cycles per minute, the VD510 is suitable for automatic assembly requiring micro deposits of 1 micro liter and above. UHMW-PE material is used for the diaphragm and valve head. The VD510 is suitable for cyanoacrylate resins, solvents, reagents, alcohol and acid dispensing. |
DSP501A Valve Controller The DSP501A is a suitable valve controller for a diaphragm type dispensing valve, providing a 3-way action to operate the valve's diaphragm, once the air pulse is removed the diaphragm snaps back to close the fluid intake. The usual return spring or 4-way valve controller is eliminated. The DSP501A has a larger solenoid that exhaust a greater volume of air after the dispense operation. This feature is important to efficiently control a valve. |
