Z620 Z-Axis Dispensing Station

The Z620 dispensing station is an ideal solution for
repetitive filling, potting or other dispensing operation
requiring z-axis control. The z-axis Z620 system will
consistently dispense fluid to a specific height and can
be integrated into an automated line or conveyor-fed
station.

Operation - Z620 z-axis dispensing station

The Z620 dispensing station includes a sturdy
work surface, to which a vertical guide rod is
mounted.

The z-axis adjustable pneumatic motion assembly
is secured along the vertical rod. The tilting
z-axis adjustment allows controlled dispensing on
an angle.

The Z620 dispenses adhesives, silicones, grease,
urethanes and lubricants and is fully adjustable in
speed and dispense time.

Dispense from syringes, cartridges or valves
mounted on the z-axis gantry.

Other features include adjustable tilt, speed and
dispense time. The Z620 controller interfaces
with the DSP501A dispenser to complete the
system.
